Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days starting from the day after you receive the item. Before returning the item, please contact us at contact@bylenn.art so we can guide you through the process. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once we have received your returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase amount. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction and will be processed within 5 working days. If you have not received your refund within this time, please contact us.

Received a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at contact@bylenn.art with your:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the item

Please send the email as soon as possible after receiving your order. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue, and if possible, we’ll handle it without requiring you to return the product.

Complaints

If you’re not satisfied with your order or our service, let us know immediately via the contact form, and we will provide a detailed response within a few days.

We strive to assist you as best as possible. If you are still unsatisfied with how we handle your complaint, you can submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee or via the European ODR Platform.
